Supporting our SEND Students
SENCo Mr Rory Costello
Mr Costello has over 20 years of experience in teaching and holds a degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition as well as post graduate qualifications in Education, Headship, and SEND. He is passionate about delivering nothing but excellent outcomes for all of our students, with a view towards successfully developing well rounded individuals who learn effective life skills, building on their confidence and social expertise, achieving their own individual goals.
The goal of the SEND department here at ORA is to ensure that all students have equality of access totheir learning regardless of the position they start in. The provision we put in place is to enable that access to be fully inclusive for all students, and to place them in a position where they can achieve the very highest they are able to both academically and socially.
View our SEN Information Report here, this will give you a detailed insight into our provision.
